Mr Organic Passata

This smooth, delicious organic passata is a brilliant base for pizza sauce and loads of pasta dishes. It's made with just the freshest organic tomatoes that are sieved for smoothness and bottled at source for full traceability.

It's made at Mr Organic's sustainable tomato hub, just south of Rome.

Mr Organic is Valerio, Kostas and Carlo. They founded the business to create positive change in the way people eat and live. By forging long-standing relationships with sustainable, organic farmers, they look after the land by increasing biodiversity and soil health, whilst removing artificial sprays and toxins.

They never air-freight and use BPA-free, recyclable packaging.

To use: Gently fry a finely chopped onion and 1 clove of garlic in olive oil for 10 mins. Add passata, a dab of honey, dried herbs and salt. Simmer and stir for 5 mins. Serve on freshly cooked pasta, home made pizzas or use in a pasta bake.
